1.1 概述 Overview

箱式变电站是一种将高低压配电柜、补偿装置和变压器组合在一起的一体化成套配电装置，是一种成熟度很高的经济型配电装置。

 箱式变电站具有成套性强、体积小、结构紧凑、运行安全可靠、维护方便、以及可移动等特点，与常规土建式变电站相比，同容量的箱式变电站占地面积通常仅为常规变电站的10%-20%，采用箱式变电站做为配电装置，可以大大节省建筑物的空间。可用于公用设施、 居民小区、厂矿企业等城乡建筑供电，也可用作风力及光伏发电的升压站，用途十分广泛。

从结构上分类，可分为欧式箱式变电站、仿美式箱式变电站、组合变压器（美式箱变）。其中欧式箱式变电站是将高低压柜、补偿装置、变压器全部安装于一个箱中的结构型式，仿美式箱式变电站采用侧出油浸式变压器，外露于空气中，其箱体内装高压开关和低压开关、补偿装置。组合变压器是将高压负荷开关、熔断器与变压器器身装在变压器油箱中并浸没于油中，箱体内只装低压开关和补偿装置。相比较而言欧式箱式变电站将变电设备与公众完全隔离，安全性更高，使用也最广泛。

 箱式变电站产品符合 GB/T17467《高压/低压预装式变电站》的标准和SD320《箱式变电站技术条件》。

我公司自1996年在重庆市最早开始生产箱式变电站，产品应用在轨道交通、厂矿企业，居民小区、公用设施等场所，是重庆市的名牌产品。

Box-type substation is a kind of integrated power distribution unit which combines high and low voltage power distribution cabinet, compensation unit and transformer together. It is a kind of economic power distribution unit with high maturity.

Box-type substation has complete sets of strong, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable running, convenient maintenance, as well as the characteristics of mobile, compared with the conventional civil type transformer substation, with the capacity of the box-type substation area usually only 10% to 20% for conventional substation, USES the box-type substation as distribution equipment, can greatly save the space of the building. It can be used for power supply of urban and rural buildings, such as public facilities, residential communities, factories and mining enterprises, as well as booster stations for style power and photovoltaic power generation, with a wide range of USES.

In terms of structure, it can be divided into European box-type substation, modified American box-type substation and combined transformer (American box-type transformer). Among them, The European type of box substation is the structure type that installs the high and low voltage cabinet, compensation device and transformer in a box. The improved American type of box substation adopts the oil-immersed transformer led from the side by the lead. The transformer is exposed to the air, and the outdoor box body is equipped with high-voltage switch, low-voltage switch and compensation device. The structure of the combined transformer is to install the high-voltage load switch, fuse and transformer body together in the transformer oil tank, and only install the low-voltage switch and compensation device in the outdoor box. Compared with the European type box substation, it can completely isolate the substation equipment from the public, which is safer and more widely used.

The products of box-type substation conform to the standard of GB/T17467 "High-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed Substation" and SD320 "Technical Conditions of box-type Substation".

Our company began to produce box-type substation in Chongqing in 1996, and our products are used in rail transit, factories and mines, residential areas, public facilities and other places, which are famous brands in Chongqing.
